Hi! I am a machine learning enthusiast who believes advances in the ML field will soon tremendously help humanity forward. Although I can see a wide array of applications of ML to solve field-specific problems, I have specialized in working with (bio)medical data, for which I have worked both on the science/analysis and engineering sides.
My further scientific interests include cognitive psychology/behavioral economics, language, and mycology. Writers on these topics that inspire me include Daniel Kahneman, Steven Pinker, and Paul Stamets.
I consider myself a life-long learner and have completed over 50 online courses, ranging from cutting-edge machine learning topics to panoramic photography.
In my free time, I am an avid mountaineer and spend my time taking photographs and making music.
